One system for the whole journey, from request to invoice.
Not a standard package your business has to squeeze into, but a system that follows the way you already work. Built in small steps, so your people can adjust and you can stop after any step.
From request to payment
In most companies this journey sits in separate pieces. A quote in Word, the planning on a whiteboard, work orders on paper, and someone retyping invoices in the evening. A system connects those pieces, so you enter data once.
- 01
Request
A request comes in through your website, your mail or the phone and lands in one place. Who it is, what they want, and what you agreed on.
- 02
Quote
You build up the price your own way: material, hours, margin, per piece, per kilo, per metre or per hour. The quote goes out in your own style, and the system nudges you when nothing comes back.
- 03
Order
Approval turns it into an order. No retyping, no second administration. The terms from the quote carry over.
- 04
Shop floor
The workshop sees what needs doing. Hours and materials go in on a phone or tablet, with a photo if that helps, and the customer signs off digitally.
- 05
Invoice
The invoice comes out of the order, with what was actually done. In one go, in instalments, or per partial delivery. With a payment link on it and a push to your bookkeeping.
- 06
Insight
Afterwards you see what an order really cost against what you quoted. That is where most companies lose money without noticing.
Why I build in small pieces
This is the main difference with how it normally goes, and the reason projects here do not fall apart at rollout.
How it usually goes
A company buys a package, a rollout of several months follows, and one Monday morning ten people have to work in a system they have never seen. From quote to invoice, all at once. That is where rollouts break, and it is the main reason companies keep postponing it.
How I do it
You start with a handful of features that everyone gets used to easily. Nothing more. Those run for a few weeks while the rest of your business carries on exactly as before. With every expansion I make sure the change stays manageable, so it works from day one and saves time.
Your people adjust step by step
Learning a handful of new screens fits alongside the work. A complete system in one go does not, however well built it is.
Small phases can actually be finished
A few features in one or two weeks can be built and properly tested. That is why I dare to give three months of warranty on bugs.
You can stop after any phase
You do not put down tens of thousands before you know whether it works. What is there keeps running, even if you never build anything else.
Short and honest answers.
Want more depth? See the knowledge baseSoftware that follows the way you already work. Think of a digital work order on the phone in the workshop, orders you track in one place, quotes built up with your own pricing, a client portal where customers see their status, and invoices that come straight out of the order. You are not buying a package your business has to fit into, I build around your process.
